All donations to Aura Insani Relief and Welfare Foundation will be utilized solely to support the foundation’s objectives, including but not limited to, welfare initiatives, disaster relief, and community development programs.
Donations can be made via online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other methods specified by the foundation. For bank transfers, donors must provide accurate transaction details to facilitate confirmation of their contributions.
Donations will be acknowledged through receipts issued by the foundation. Please allow up to 14 days for receipt issuance for donations made via bank transfer or international transactions.
Donations are non-refundable. In the case of an error in the donation amount or duplication, donors are required to contact the foundation within 7 days for resolution.
Aura Insani Relief and Welfare Foundation is a registered charitable organization under Malaysian law. Donors eligible for tax deductions must retain receipts issued by the foundation for submission to tax authorities.
The foundation commits to using all donated funds for charitable purposes as stated in its mission. Administrative expenses will not exceed limits imposed by Malaysian authorities to maintain transparency and accountability.
Personal information of donors will be kept confidential and used only for processing donations and issuing receipts. The foundation does not share donor information with third parties without prior consent.
Financial records of the foundation are audited annually, and summaries are made available to the public to ensure transparency. In compliance with Malaysian regulations, the foundation adheres to strict monitoring of funds to avoid misuse or fraud.
The foundation reserves the right to update its terms and conditions. Donors will be notified of significant changes via the foundation’s official website or email.
